Enrollment in the
Gaskets on the Go™ service program
Enrollment is
straightforward, and without cost. Your application will
be complete in a matter of moments by answering a few specific
questions about your company. The application can be made
either by phone, in person with a Gasket Guy representative, or
online. Once your application has been accepted and enrollment
is complete, we will start the ball rolling! We will send one of
our experienced representatives to visit each and every one of
your stores for a complementary refrigeration gasket analysis.
We will catalog every refrigeration unit that you have in each
store, label them with a unique numbering system, and provide an
on-site written estimate detailing the condition of every
gasket. Finally, we will review our findings with each
individual store manager so that they may make an informed
decision prior to making the initial order. The initial
gasket analysis is also complementary and a critical part of the
program.
The Ordering
Process
Once the "Gaskets
on the Go" service program is active, ordering new refrigeration
gaskets for any of your stores will be easy. Here is how
you will order.
STEP 1
Decide which gasket or gaskets need replacement.
STEP 2
Write down the door number located on the refrigerator unit
pertaining to the damaged gasket.
STEP 2
Call Gasket Guy at 800-654-8021 and place the order, or email
the order from this web site. If calling in the order you will
be asked to recite the door number, identify your restaurant,
choose self installation or Gasket Guy installation, and confirm
the date that the gaskets are required by.
